Our Teachers
Kristy Hennig
Kristy comes to us with 10 years of elementary teaching experience in grades 1-5. Kristy was educated at Texas A&M at Commerce, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies and Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She holds teaching certificates in both Texas and Georgia for K-5 with an ESOL endorsement. She has experience in both self-contained classrooms and team teaching. Kristy is married to Richard Hennig, and they are members of Christ Lutheran Church along with her children Audrey and Andrew. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and camping with her family.

Our Pastor
Pastor Alan Mueller
Pastor Alan grew up in Woodstock, GA where he attended Kennesaw State University. He earned his Bachelor's in Communcation in 2015, and immediately went to Concordia Seminary in St Louis from which he got his Master's of Divinity. He has been a pastor since June 2019.
Today he's been serving the people of Christ Lutheran Church and School since January 2025 through the administration of the sacraments and the preaching and teaching of God's word. He's married to his wife Maria, and together they have two small children.
